From the mid 1850s to the 1970s, the original building was a working farmhouse. Today, it is the most romantic locale in Central New Jersey.

Scarborough Fair uses only the finest and freshest locally-grown, sustainable,
and organic ingredients.

We pride ourselves in sourcing humanely-raised organic meats and poultry,
wild-caught fish and shellfish — purchased fresh from local cooperatives.
